Ultra-modern residential design

The project was designed by Metropolis Rosso Levanto. Located in the foothills of the Andes mountains in Lima, Las Vegas. The house has a total of two floors, with five parking spaces, relative to the street ± 0.70 meters above the level of the garage. The second floor room layout is: a master bedroom with two walk-in cloakroom, bathroom and terrace, another bedroom with bathroom and terrace, there are two bedrooms with toilet Emperador Light. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, guest bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and dining area. The service area and living area are separate and have a separate entrance, which includes laundry facilities and a babysitting room. The project uses natural materials such as marble.
